Get Involved with Machik
You can help build this effort to strengthen communities on the Tibetan plateau by organizing an event in your local community. By raising local awareness about this work, you will become part of a greater effort to choose hope for the future of communities on the Tibetan plateau. And by raising funds, you will make a real impact on our ability to reach local communities and provide the resources, tools and opportunities needed to build better lives for Tibetan children and families into the future.

- Run, Walk or Ride for Machik. Learn about the Iron Carrie fundraising drive for the Chungba Middle School.
- Invite friends to a potluck, dinner party or BBQ to introduce Machik work. Contact us for brochures, talking points and other resources.
- Host fundraising events such as a house party, momo night, a film screening, talent show or a bake sale .
- Request Machik flyers, brochures and materials, and have them displayed at your local coffee shop and in your neighborhood.
- Blog about Machik work.- Organize a public talk on Machik work at your local school, college, church/temple/mosque, library, bookstore or community center. Contact us about inviting Machik staff to make a presentation.
