In recognition of Women’s History Month, we share with you an update on the 3rd annual Machik Mammogram Screening Program and an In-Kind Donation Drive to support women, children and families.
Since 2023, Machik and our partners have reached 200 women in Bylakuppe, Hunsur and Mundgod with free mammogram screenings. As early detection is key, a woman with an early-stage tumor received timely treatment from local healthcare workers. Building on this effort, we are expanding the program to include women at Kollegal Tibetan Settlement. This project is possible through the dedication of our local partners:
📍 March 18: Hunsur
📍 March 19-20: Bylakuppe
📍 March 23: Kollegal
📍 October 9-10: Mundgod
